Advent Quiet Day & Reflection
featuring: Hope, Peace, Joy, and Love.
Wednesday, December 10, 2014
9:45a.m. to 2:00p.m.
St. Stephen’s Parish Community Centre
It is very easy to get caught up in all the hustle and bustle
of preparing for Christmas. Advent is a time of preparation and the looking
forward, with hope, towards the coming of our Lord Jesus-Emmanuel-the Prince of
Peace. A day of quiet reflection halfway through the Advent Season is just what
the doctor ordered to help with the rejuvenation and freshening necessary to
keep us focused on the real meaning of Christmas, and to provide energy for all
that baking, shopping, wrapping, and decorating that is so much a part of our
secular world at this time of year.
Take time to share and reflect on what Advent means to you in
the midst of your busy schedule
Let it refresh you
