PLUM
PUDDINGS!
We
would like to make this year’s plum pudding fundraiser
a
church project with as many
parishioners as possible
helping
to make it a HUGE success.
First of all, we need help with 2
things
We
need 200 small tin cans in which to bake the plum puddings.
We have 35 at the moment. Please save any 14 ounce
tins
(398
ml – used for fruit, veg, beans, etc) and bring them cleaned,
with
labels removed, to the church or parish office for collection.
Next, we’d like to borrow steamers/canners – large
pots
with racks for lowering the tins into the
water.
They will be
needed for a brief period in mid November.
Watch out for more
details about our Plum Pudding Factory!
