ACOUSTIC TILES
  have now been installed in Tuck Hall
to improve the sound quality in the space. 
We are fundraising to help pay for this investment
in our facility.    Tiles cost $250 each.
They can be purchased in support of the project
or in memory of a loved one
(Think about getting a group of friends or family
together to purchase one for someone special.)
Payments can be made or sent to the Parish Office.
Tax receipts available for these donations.

PLUM PUDDINGS 2018
Please save some time on 16 – 18 Nov
for Plum Pudding Assembly.  We need help for:  
Thursday pm
pre-measure ingredients and set up for production. 
Friday
  prepare tins, mix batter cook puddings in private homes,
transport puddings and clean up.
Saturday
remove puddings from tins, wrap puddings,
curl ribbons, store and clean up. 
There is a job for everyone, young and old,
men and women.
Your help is crucial to the success of this project.

ST. STEPHEN’S ANNUAL BAZAAR
While doing your Fall cleaning,
please set aside books and gently used Christmas items.
There will be a Bake Table (always a favourite) and
we would love to include hand crafted items
on the crafts table too.
The Annual Bazaar hosted by St. Stephen’s
Hospitality Committee will take place
on Saturday, 24 November.
