MADRIGAL GROUP
The Early Music Society of Nova Scotia Madrigal Group
 (relaxed, non-performing a cappella group)
will begin a new session
to sing and learn about a wide variety
of English, Italian and French
renaissance music. 
10:30-11:45 am on Thurs, 20 Sept to 25 Oct,
meeting at First Baptist Church,
1300 Oxford St. Halifax.
Drop-ins welcome.  Bring a friend.

MEN’S GROUP
the next breakfast will be held
on Sat, 22 Sept at St. Stephen’s. 
The morning will start with
Morning Prayer in the church at 8:00 am
(everyone welcome). 
Renowned Canadian cooks,
Austen Hatt and Bob Breithaupt
will supply nourishment to the men
in Tuck Hall following the service.

if you plan to attend

Speaker: Liz Finney Topic “Bonny Lea Farm – A Home for Life’.
The Anglican Church Women Board is supporting
the building of a new residence for the aging
and ready-to-retire residents. 
The ACW board has chosen this as
the 2018-19 Local Focus Project
by sponsoring the living room area.
All Anglican church women and clergy are welcome.
